In the natural health world, there’s a lot of talk about energy vibrations. Have you ever wondered what exactly energy vibrations are? Believe it or not, it’s CRUCIAL to be aware of what your energy vibrations are like, and to be notice how they change throughout various events, situations and interactions in life. Essentially, you need to be mindful of your own attitudes, behaviors, values, needs and desires as well as those which may be supressed. At the end of the day, mindfulness of the here and now comes FAR before a raw food, or any other natural, plant-based diet.
