I love Lebanese and Mediterranean food. There, I said it.
Creamy hummus, falafels, great salads – oh my, to die for! Today, let’s talk hummus versus raw vegan hummus.
If you love traditional hummus just as much as I do and you’ve been following a raw food diet for awhile, then I’m sure you know the creamy dip can also cause bloating, gastrointestinal discomfort and the sense of feeling really heavy.
Well, here’s a fast, easy, light and extremely nutritious alternative. And guess what? The only gadget you need is a blender! Don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be a high-end blender like the Vitamix or BlendTec – heck, I use the Magic Bullet in this video!
Click here or on the video below for the details and be amazed at how easy it is to prepare nutritious raw foods. You can even pack it to go with chopped veggies! Fast, easy, healthy…oh, and did I mention this particular recipe uses a highly anti-inflammatory ingredient? Click on the video below to find out what it is!
