Don’t Know What To Do With Juice Pulp? Make Crackers!

Ever end-up wondering what the heck you should do with all the leftover juice pulp? Here’s one of many things that it can be used for – crackers!

If you’re a raw foodist who mostly consumes smoothies, juices, fresh whole fruit and salads (like myself), then you know how wonderful it is to have something crunchy. Yes, it’s a psychological effect to want to crunchyness in the mouth, but it’s totally valid. We’ve been conditioned to need it, and it’s certainly normal to crave it when many meals and snacks consist of liquids.

Take a look at this video where I show you how to save the pulp (and your hard-earned money) instead of throwing it in the trash! Gotta love raw foods for being so versatile and never needing to waste any of it.

Question of the Day: What do you like to do with your homemade, raw vegan crackers? Dip it any particular sauce, make a sandwich, etc.? Post your comments below!
